HOW WE LOVE GOD
Love God - When Jesus is asked by a teacher of the law what is the greatest commandment, He responds by declaring we are to love God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mt. 22:34-40; Dt. 6).
HOW WE LOVE PEOPLE
Love People - When Jesus is asked by a teacher of the law what is the greatest commandment, He responds by declaring we are to love God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and that we are to love our neighbor as ourselves (Mt. 22:34-40; Dt. 6; Lev. 19).
HOW WE MAKE DISCIPLES
After Jesus’ resurrection, He appears before His disciples and gives them a mission. He declares, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age (Mt. 28:18-20).”
