THE COMPASSION CENTER

Jesus’ ministry was all about compassion (Matthew 9:36) and we are a church that makes compassion a priority. Our goal is to provide food, clothing and various resources for those in need in our community and our church.

WEEKLY FOOD DISTRIBUTION

Our food pantry provides free food to families and individuals in need. We supply groceries for residents that do not have enough food because they lack the resources to purchase it. We serve everyone from low income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, working poor, and anyone else that comes to the pantry for food assistance. We serve everyone regardless of their race, color, or religion. The amount of food given depends on household size.

On all Sundays but the fourth of each month,
food is distributed from 12:45 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Upcoming dates:

  • Sunday, Nov 10
  • Sunday, Nov 17

MONTHLY USDA FOOD DISTRIBUTION

Most of the food distributed through our food pantry comes from local resources and donations, such as through the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino. On a monthly basis, USDA supplements these resources through The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Once a month, we are honored to distribute USDA commodities, specifically for residents of Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario. No matter what your city of residence though, our pantry has supplies to help everyone who comes to the Compassion Center for food.

On the fourth Saturday of each month,
food is distributed from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Upcoming dates:

  • Saturday, September 28
  • Saturday, October 26
  • Saturday, November 23
  • Saturday, December 28
