Kristen Caloca
Kristen Caloca is a long-time Inland Empire resident, raised in Ontario and now residing in Rancho Cucamonga with her husband, Aaron, and their three children. She began attending CCF on Easter Sunday 2023 and became a ministry partner in early 2024. Kristen serves as a nursery volunteer with CCF Kids and leads a biweekly women’s discipleship group. She is passionate about discipleship, encouraging generosity, cultivating women leaders, and the church’s role in local missions.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Kristen has advised national, state, and local organizations in the public, private, and philanthropic sectors on using strategic communications to drive meaningful change. She is dedicated to promoting health equity with a focus on child and family well-being, mental health, substance use, and addressing intimate partner violence. Her professional expertise spans organizational leadership, initiative development, operational oversight, and cultivating strategic partnerships to enhance revenue growth and community impact.
As a former nonprofit executive turned entrepreneur, Kristen now leads KMC Social Impact Strategies as CEO, helping mission-driven organizations strengthen communities through impactful communication strategies.
She holds a BA in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Cal State Fullerton and has earned certificates in Executive Leadership and Nonprofit Board Leadership from Coro Southern California.
