Bruce Whyte

Bruce was born and raised in San Francisco. He moved to Southern California to attend Azusa Pacific University where he studied Psychology and met his BEAUTIFUL bride, Ashlyn. Following his graduation in 2012, Bruce attended Azusa Pacific Seminary where he completed his Master’s in Divinity in 2016. During seminary, Bruce began Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at the Loma Linda VA Hospital. After completing his units of CPE and required supervision hours, he was Board Certified as a Chaplain through The Association of Professional Chaplains.

Bruce is an ordained Elder of the Free Methodist Church, a part of the FMC Chaplains, and a member of the African Heritage Network of the FMC. He currently serves as a staff Chaplain at PIH Health in Whitter and as CCF’s resident tech guru.
