Drive Through Communion

Communion is an opportunity for us to gather as a church family and share in a moment of reflection and remembrance of all that Jesus sacrificed for us. So that we may be forgiven and free.

While our Live Stream services will include an invitation and opportunity for you to share in this moment of communion from your own homes, we also invite you to consider participating in a drive through communion experience on Sunday morning.

From 8:00am – 10:00am, our team will be on site to serve you and pray for you as you reconnect in a physical and spiritual way on-site at CCF.

Please be sure to enter using the 5th Street driveway, and exit using the Pittsburgh Avenue driveway to allow for a smooth flow of traffic and an ease for our Compassion Center to distribute food once people begin arriving for the weekly food distribution.

We have missed you and look forward to sharing in this moment of communion with you over the weekend ahead, whether in person or online.

“First, it was just so exciting to see pastors and staff “in person.” Everyone was so energetic and seemed truly happy to see me as I drove slowly thru the parking lot.

Second, it was personalized by getting my name and putting it on the windshield so I could be addressed by name as I drive through (I was alone in my car.). This was so personal because I knew only a couple of pastors and/or staff and am sure not everyone knew me. (I’ve been attending almost a year.) But it was great to be addressed by my name.
Then the prayer team brought me to tears. Their cheers and request to pray for specific issues was just heartwarming. I made the request to the first person, who passed it on verbally to the rest and they prayed specifically as I drove past  Their sincerity and enthusiasm was emotionally and spiritually uplifting especially after all the “shelter in place” orders at that time.” – Diane Mason
