Pastor Cameron Shepherd-Beyenberg and Pastor Janelle Coleman are both ordained Elders in the Free Methodist Church of Southern California. Pastor Janelle is wholeheartedly committed to serving the local church, and passionate about modeling vision and pursuing strategies that further God’s Kingdom. Pastor Cameron is committed to the Lord’s work on both local and global levels through providing creative resources for all ages, and on all platforms, for effective and sustainable discipleship.

WHAT IS CO-LEADERSHIP?
Co-Leading, also known as "collaborative leadership" is a structure in which both pastors are equal partners, sharing authority and responsibilities. At CCF, the Lead Pastors partner in the vision and leadership of the congregation, and specialize in other functional areas based on the needs of the church and their own leadership passions and giftings. Each Lead Pastor provides oversight and support to the teams, boards and committees assigned to them, ensuring that clear leadership exists for all core ministries of the church; such as pastoral care, administration, equipping, outreach, family ministries and finances. While this model is quite common in the corporate world, it is still relatively rare to find it in church structures. However, God very clearly established the value of collaborative leadership and partnership, particularly between men and women, as part of His work at Creation, and we are excited to see how this leadership model aligns with His heart and plan for this church family for the season ahead. 2022 Superintendent Update
Cucamonga Christian Fellowship,
We greet you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and pray that in this advent season you are experiencing hope, faithfulness, joy and peace. As announced last year, after 25 years of faithful service at Cucamonga Christian Fellowship (CCF), Fraser and JoAnne Venter transitioned to a denominational role with the Free Methodist Church, USA (FMCUSA) starting May 1, 2022. Since then, an interim leadership team of Pastor Melanie Neilson and Pastor Janelle Coleman have served the church faithfully.
We cannot express our gratitude enough to Pastors Melanie and Janelle for their tireless service during this interim period. Along with your staff and leadership team, they stood in the gap for us as a conference which allowed the Ministerial Appointments Committee (MAC) to listen to God’s prompting without feeling rushed to make a decision. This allowed the MAC to focus more intently on the whispers of the Lord that ultimately gave us direction for your new leadership.
Over the last year, the Ministerial Appointments Committee (MAC) has worked to find a lead appointment for CCF. After many interviews, many times of prayer, fasting, and discernment, and the clear direction of the Holy Spirit, the MAC unanimously appointed Reverend Janelle Coleman and Reverend Cameron Beyenberg as Co-Lead Pastors to Cucamonga Christian Fellowship. Both Janelle and Cameron have expressed their desire to work within the co-lead model and are excited about the ways God will use their unique gifts to advance the calling and mission of CCF in this next season.
An official installment date is still to be determined, so continue to pray for them as they prepare for this new appointment. When that date is determined, we hope you will join us at CCF where we, as a conference, will pray over and anoint their ministry.
